Commit to Action: Support our 2022 Action Forum

Commit to Action: Support our 2022 Action Forum
When we convened our first Action Forum in 2020, we were overwhelmed by the outpouring of support and participation from researchers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and community members committed to ending social isolation and loneliness.
At the 2021 Action Forum, we experienced that once again as over 1,000 participants from across the world attended and presented their bold commitments to action. Thought leaders such as the World Health Organization, UnitedHealthcare, and Meals On Wheels America committed to collaborating with new partners, expanding the reach of their interventions, and increasing the visibility of social isolation and loneliness research.
Since that first Action Forum, our mission has stayed the same - to lead a conversation, catalyze a movement, and foster evidence-based solutions for social connection. But with each year, we aim to engage more stakeholders, share more evidence, highlight more innovations, and inspire more commitments to action. To help us achieve this goal, we ask you to consider donating to this year's End Social Isolation and Loneliness Action Forum.
This year, we are also giving back to the community with our Outstanding Leadership in Community-Based Efforts to Reduce Social Isolation and Loneliness Award. This award honors the legacy of Marcia Slater Johnston - Founder of Make Room @ The Table and champion of the aging population in her community. If you choose to apply your donation to this award, we can recognize another dedicated leader following Marcia's footsteps and promote their work in this space.
Never before have we seen more innovation, evidence, or collaboration to help those who are socially isolated or lonely make meaningful social connections. Help us continue this momentum by donating to the 2022 End Social Isolation and Loneliness Action Forum below. To learn more about our sponsorship levels, please click here.
On behalf of the Foundation for Social Connection, we thank you for your ongoing support.
Sincerely,
Edward Garcia, Founder and Chair
